 Preston Postal History Book

The Postal History of Preston, Garstang and Fylde of Lancashire (shown below) was written by Malcolm T. Mynott and published in 1986 by the Society to mark its 50th Anniversary. It outlines the development of the postal service both in Preston and its surrounding areas, covering the period from the Civil War up to 1902.

 

The book is currently selling for £25 and the webmaster has found a dealer with a couple of copies. if you are interested, you may be able to purchase a copy here:
